CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER "NO WAVES? COME BACK FOR FREE."

1. If you visit Portugal between October 2012 and December 2012 for surfing, you are automatically entitled to this offer.
2. Your stay must at least last four (4) full days in Portugal.
   
   This offer applies to twenty-eight (28) surf spots. The full list is highlighted in the section 'Explore the Portuguese Coast' at www.portuguesewaves.com'. Only those surf spots are valid for this offer (listed below):

3. "No Waves" means the absence of waves suitable for surfing on the 28 spots in mainland Portugal. Waves must be at least half (0.5) meter high. Waves below half (0.5) meter are considered to be "no waves".
4. If you don't find waves in any of the spots covered by this offer for three (3) consecutive days, it will be our pleasure to offer you a comeback package.
5. Note that you will have to prove the absence of waves with videos, photos or forecasts (Examples: Windguru.com; oceanlook.com). Every piece of information will be checked on specific forecast websites and live cams.
6. The comeback package includes a new plane ticket and a new hotel stay, exactly the same you have chosen for this trip. Please keep all invoices with you, which have to explicitly display your identity. Without them, we cannot offer you the comeback package.
7. This comeback package does not include any other costs in addition to the plane ticket and accommodation. It cannot be converted into money and is limited to a total of €750.
8. The comeback packages are limited to the first twenty (20) surfers who claim it, and are personal and not transferable.
9. The comeback package must be claimed and used by 31 December 2013.
